Mannequin Showcases – Route 66 Productions – Orange County Florida

Route 66 Productions was looking for 2 VERY large mannequin showcases for an important exhibit in Orange County Florida.  We had 2 weeks to get these mannequin showcases manufactured and delivered to the Orange County Convention Center and it needed to be delivered on a Saturday which is not always that easy to arrange.

All in all the process worked out well and the customer was very  happy with the end result!

The story behind the uniform!  This mannequin showcase can be seen at the Town of Ajax!

FYI: The uniform is that of Admiral Harwood, Commander of the British fleet that defeated the German battleship the Graf Spee December 1939. One of the ships of the fleet was the HMS Ajax, after which the town of Ajax was named. The uniform was worn by the Admiral until his retirement in 1945.
